With this step, the Group is further expanding its presence in Latin America and strengthening its geographical diversification.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Vidrala Group, based in Llodio\/Spain, has agreed to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Cristaler\u00edas Toro. The Chilean company produces and distributes glass containers and is based in the greater Santiago de Chile area. It supplies customers from the food and beverage sector, including international brands that, according to the company, fit in well with Vidrala's existing customer base.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategic expansion in Latin America<\/h3>\n<p>The transaction is part of Vidrala's internationalisation strategy. The Group is already active in Southern Europe, the United Kingdom and, since 2023, Brazil. The transaction is subject to certain conditions and is expected to be finalised at the beginning of 2026.
