With this acquisition, Butterfly Packaging is further expanding its market position in France and at the same time extending its portfolio of packaging services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the company, the merger will enable Butterfly Packaging to expand its range of customised packaging solutions and strengthen its technical expertise at the same time. The aim is to be able to serve customers in the food packaging and retail segments even more comprehensively and to act more closely to their specific requirements.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansion of expertise and market presence<\/h3>\n<p>PAK Emballages is an established specialist in personalised packaging, particularly for out-of-home catering and artisan food businesses. The integration into the Butterfly Packaging group should enable synergies in development, production and customer service.
