Based in Germany, the company specialises in empty container management solutions and automated sorting systems for the beverage industry. As part of the transaction, CLS will operate under the name CLS - Circular Logistics Solutions. The acquisition is part of Eternity Systems' international growth strategy and emphasises the Group's focus on the circular economy.<\/p>\n<p>CLS develops and operates intelligent systems to optimise the management of reusable packaging and to industrialise automated sorting processes for bottles and crates. The company uses flexible operating models that combine in-house solutions with outsourced sorting platforms.
