With the DIGILINE Label Offline from Atlantic Zeiser, labels can be printed extremely abrasion-resistantly in high quality and extremely quickly and efficiently, serialised and made available for a large number of packaging lines.

This allows the serialisation process to be decoupled from the dispensing process in terms of space and time. Thanks to the already integrated, powerful Unique Code Software and the superior Drop-on-demand UV inkjet technology (DoD), the system opens up numerous options for pharmaceutical manufacturers, packaging service providers and label printers to make processes relating to serialisation, coding and tamper-evident labelling more efficient.

Service providers, such as label printers, are able to use the DIGILINE Label Offline, pre-serialised labels for their customers and thus open up a new business model. Thanks to the integrated unique code software, it is possible to generate, print and save serial numbers after a camera reading with absolute process reliability and to create corresponding reports for downstream processes at the pharmaceutical customer.

Remarkable working speed

Thanks to the non-contact DoD printing system the DIGILINE Label Offline can print and serialise labels in consistently high quality, even at printing speeds of up to 60 m/min. A label roll with 15,000 labels of a format commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry can be pre-printed and processed in 15 to a maximum of 20 minutes.

In addition to the consistent print quality This also enables a significantly higher production speed in the packaging lines themselves than was previously the case with conventional thermal transfer printers, which were usually integrated into the labelling systems. The latter usually do not exceed 15 m/min. The use of UV-curing high-performance inks also reduces the cost of consumables by up to 30 per cent compared to thermal transfer printing technology. Frequent maintenance and the replacement of wearing parts on the individual printing systems in the lines are completely eliminated.

With the DIGILINE Label Offline from Atlantic Zeiser, labels can be printed, serialised and supplied for a large number of packaging lines extremely quickly and efficiently in high quality and with extremely high abrasion resistance.
[21
42,40,56,39
0":"post-1119","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-verpackungstechnik","8":"tag-etikettieren-kennzeichnen-codieren","9":"tag-pharma-kosmetik-chemie","10":"tag-qualitaetssicherung","11":"tag-verpackungstechnik","12":"cs-entry","13":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
