In focus <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/cdr-uebernimmt-sealed-air-fuer-103-milliarden-dollar\/\">of the transaction<\/a> The market for packaging solutions for food and other goods is particularly important.<\/p>\n<p>Sealed Air is an international provider of packaging solutions, particularly in the food packaging sector. CD&amp;R is a US investment company whose funds will take sole control of the company in the future.
