Henkel Adhesive Technologies will focus on digital equipment and service concepts that enable more stable line performance, as well as new sealants for canned food and beverages at Metpack 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

One highlight at the trade fair is the Bonderite E-CO equipment portfolio from Henkel. This intelligent process control system provides real-time data and automated reports that enable precise process optimisation. Even at high capacity utilisation, line performance can be increased and production processes made more transparent. With modular retrofit options and extended remote services, Henkel supports its customers in improving their production processes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

New sealants for greater sustainability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Henkel is also presenting the next generation of water-based sealants. The Darex WBC 4020 Can Sealant offers excellent application properties and is available worldwide. Regional production based on a standardised formulation minimises risks in the supply chain. Henkel is also presenting Darex WBC 833, a cost-effective sealant for food cans that offers high line performance and resistance to moisture and acids.<\/p>

In the area of surface treatment, Henkel shows how energy, water and chemical consumption can be reduced in can production. Products such as the Bonderite L-FM 831 lubricant and steel coolant and the Bonderite C-IC 72000 Low-Temperature Cleaner contribute to more efficient and environmentally friendly production.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
