Loesch Verpackungstechnik from Altendorf is travelling to interpack 2017 in D\u00fcsseldorf with a broad portfolio of new machines. The Franconian machine manufacturer will be placing its world premiere RCB-HS for packaging small chocolate items at the centre of its presentation.<\/p>\n

The company will also be showcasing the newly developed LOOP-GB gondola accumulator and the FCB high-performance platform for packaging chocolate, biscuits and chewing gum. This system will be complemented by the presentation of the new CMT high-performance cartoner. New developments in the fields of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things round off the system manufacturer's presentation.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe RCB-HS packs chocolate bars, tablets and napolitains in a new and innovative way with a premium look and at the same time guarantees a high level of product protection against environmental influences,\u201c says Olaf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of the parent company Piepenbrock, explaining the latest development from LoeschPack.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The World first RCB-HS<\/strong> is for small chocolate items<\/strong> and combines a hermetically sealed packaging style with a classic fold wrap look. With its high output of up to 600 products per minute, this combination makes the RCB-HS unique in the chocolate industry.<\/p>

Expertise in one system<\/h2>\n

In a complex system, LoeschPack presents its new Gondola storage LOOP-GB<\/strong>which High-performance platform FCB<\/strong> and the new Toploading cartoner<\/strong>. The LOOP-GB (Gondola Buffer) storage system is suitable for a wide variety of pre-packed or unpacked products and is equipped with a large, variable format range. The new gondola buffer harmonises the incoming product flow depending on its position in the infeed and distribution system and regulates it as required. As a result, fluctuations in output in the downstream packaging area are absorbed, products are temporarily stored for a short time and overflow at the packaging machines is avoided.<\/p>\n

LoeschPack is a member of the co-operation network \u201eChoConnect\u201c<\/strong>. For many years now, numerous equipment options for machines from the Franconian innovator have been catering for aspects of Industry 4.0. One example of this is a so-called remote maintenance module, thanks to which machine statuses can be analysed directly in the customer's production facility and recommendations for action can be derived.<\/p>\n
