KG will change: Thomas Herrmann will hand over the role of Managing Director to Andr\u00e9 Deponte. While Deponte takes over the CEO position, Herrmann intends to focus more strongly on innovation topics within the company in the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 2018, Andr\u00e9 Deponte has held various key positions at Herrmann Ultraschall. The mechatronics graduate initially oversaw the establishment of the Metals division, later took on international headquarters functions, and most recently managed global sales.<\/p>\n<h2>Focus on global connectivity and digitalisation<\/h2>\n<p>As the new CEO, Deponte sees potential for further growth primarily in stronger international collaboration. \u201eThe most important thing is that we work closely together worldwide as one team. Both help us in the global marketing of our innovations, so that we can offer the right solutions at the right time in the right place,\u201c Deponte continued.<\/p>\n<h2>Generational change in company leadership<\/h2>\n<p>Thomas Herrmann took over the role of CEO in 2007 from his father and company founder, Walter Herrmann. During this time, the company developed significantly: according to the company, the number of employees and turnover quadrupled.<\/p>\n<p>Herrmann will remain part of the management team in the future, with responsibility for the Research and Development, IT and Finance departments in particular.
