The jury, consisting of scientists and journalists, selected three outstanding products from over 116 applications for the \u201eLogiMAT Best Product 2026\u201c award.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EPG Aura Observer: AI-powered video analysis<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In the \u201eSoftware, Communication, IT\u201c category, the EPG Aura Observer from Ehrhardt Partner Group received an award. This solution enables AI-powered real-time analysis of video data in warehouse environments. The technology uses camera-based video analysis and intelligent vision-language models to monitor and optimise operational logistics processes. A key advantage of the EPG Aura Observer is its ability to recognise relevant situations in real time and convert them into actionable signals without storing the video data. This ensures both data protection and efficient process control.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SkyBot: Ceiling flexibility<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The SkyBot, developed by CeiliX Technology GmbH, has been awarded a prize in the \u201eOrder picking, conveying, lifting, and storage technology\u201c category. The world's first mobile, omnidirectional ceiling cobot enables flexible automation by using the hall ceiling as a movement plane. Through the modular ceiling rail network \u201eCeiliXElements\u201c, the SkyBot can operate independently of floor layout and room geometry, making it particularly suitable for confined production and logistics environments. This innovative technology uses 3D ultrasonic sensors to enable autonomous robots to achieve comprehensive depth perception. The Adar sensor offers a more cost-effective alternative to LiDAR technology and is characterised by low energy consumption and a compact design.
