The reason for this is improved capacity utilisation, which will enable a return to regular working hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Heinz-Glas Group is suspending short-time working at the Kleintettau and Teuschnitz sites until 31 March 2026. From 1 April, employees in all departments will return to regular working hours. According to the company, this is due to a stabilised order situation.<\/p>\n<p>In recent months, the company had introduced short-time working in response to a temporary drop in demand. Both the application to the employment agency and the arrangements with the works council remain in place in order to be able to react flexibly in the event of a renewed deterioration in the order situation.<\/p>\n<h2>Packaging market remains challenging<\/h2>\n<p>Heinz-Glas is an international manufacturer of glass packaging for the perfume and cosmetics industry and employs around 4,000 people worldwide.
