PulPac has already secured over 500 national patents worldwide for its Dry Moulded Fibre technology. This development marks a significant step in establishing Dry Moulded Fibre as an industrial method.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

PulPac has continuously expanded its patent portfolio in recent years. It covers areas such as fibre preparation, airlaying, forming and pressing methods, as well as tool configurations and integrated functional features. This breadth of patents underscores PulPac's role in the field of industrial dry moulding of fibres. Viktor Wing\u00e5rd B\u00f6rjesson, Chief Operating Officer at PulPac, emphasises that the technology is now recognised as an independent industrial category and the market is moving from curiosity to serious commitment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The continuous refinement of processes and the investment of almost 800,000 hours in research and development have helped to reduce uncertainty in industrial implementation and lower the barriers to scaling up.
