Herma presents an answer to these challenges at interpack 2026: the Herma 500. Thanks to its modular design, this labelling machine can be configured in millions of variants and is available within ten days. This rapid availability is a clear advantage for machine manufacturers and integrators who value planning security and reduced training expenditure, it is stated.<\/p>\n

Flexibility through modularity<\/h2>\n

The Herma 500 supports industrial Ethernet standards such as Profinet and Ethernet\/IP, which simplifies integration into widely used PLC systems and can reduce wiring effort and integration costs. Another advantage is Herma's powerful online configurator, which allows the labeller to be precisely adapted to the requirements of a project. Parameters such as installation width, direction of travel or speed ranges can be defined individually, and the corresponding CAD data is immediately available for download.<\/p>

In addition to the Herma 500, the company is showcasing further solutions, including the Herma eco, a cost-effective entry-level labelling machine, and the Herma PA4 print-and-apply system. Herma also offers solutions for smaller production environments or flexible applications, such as the Herma 211 semi-automatic all-around labelling machine.<\/p>\n
