Making packaging processes more efficient while being able to react flexibly to different requirements is the goal of many companies. At Interpack 2026, Theegarten-Pactec will be presenting solutions that focus precisely on these aspects. FPC6: New standards in packaging technology<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A highlight is the FPC6, a new generation of machine specifically designed for packaging chocolate products in pillow bags. This machine impresses with its stable efficiency and the ability to transfer pillow bags directly into the BLM carton former. The FPC6 is characterised by its user-friendly operation, which also supports less experienced personnel. Mechanical further developments reduce complexity and allow for tool-less removal of machine parts, which simplifies maintenance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Flexibility and process reliability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The sealing device of the FPC6 offers maximum flexibility with packaging materials. It masters various types of sealing such as cold sealing, heat sealing, and fin sealing, making it suitable for a wide range of materials. An integrated film control system ensures that even sensitive materials like paper or recyclable mono-films can be processed reliably.<\/p>

In addition to the FPC6, Theegarten-Pactec is showcasing the CHS, a flexible packaging machine developed for wrapping chocolate products. This machine allows for rapid changes between different folding types and format adjustments. Thanks to the partnership with MAKREV, the portfolio is being expanded with solutions in the medium performance range, further strengthening Theegarten-Pactec's competitiveness.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Digitalisation and networking<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Another topic on the trade fair stand is the digitalisation platform Sweet Connect. This platform was specifically developed for the confectionery industry and connects the systems of all partner companies. It digitally maps the entire production chain and enables end-to-end process optimisation.<\/p>
