In combination with the i650 motec frequency converter, it offers a decentralised solution that impresses with its high energy efficiency. This technology not only enables sensorless positioning, but also regenerative capability, which further reduces energy consumption. This software, known as \u201eLenze Fast\u201c, enables pick-and-place processes to be carried out without cycle interruption. The Robotics Template used significantly reduces engineering effort, as it parameterises robotics instead of programming them. This leads to shorter cycle times and increased line performance.<\/p>\n<h2>Modular machine concepts<\/h2>\n<p>Lenze also demonstrates how modular machines can be planned and implemented more easily through their open architecture. The Lenze Juggler showcases how high-performance servo drives can handle complex motion requirements while remaining more compact than mechanical solutions. Under the motto \u201eMotion enabled by Lenze,\u201c it demonstrates how innovative rotary infeed concepts are replacing conventional ram systems, thereby enabling high production speeds.
