The manager took up his position on 2 May 2026. The company, which focuses on healthcare packaging and CDMO services, sees this as a further step in supporting its international growth trajectory.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Sanner, Dirk Scholz has over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate management. Most recently, he worked in international industrial and private equity-backed companies. The company produces, among other things, desiccant closures, effervescent tablet packaging, and custom solutions for pharmaceutical and diagnostic applications.<\/p>\n<h2>Predecessor leaves company<\/h2>\n<p>Scholz succeeds Henrik B\u00f8ggild, who is leaving the company after three and a half years.
