The specialist event will focus on the impact of the European Packaging Regulation PPWR on supply chains, reusable packaging systems, and packaging logistics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) is increasing the pressure on companies to adapt their packaging and logistics processes. According to the organisers, the Reuse &amp; Logistics Leadership Days 2026 are intended to provide a platform for discussing new business models around reusable and pooling systems, digital tracking solutions, and standardised processes.<\/p>\n<p>Keynotes, panels, specialist forums and masterclasses are planned with more than 100 speakers from politics, industry, trade and science. The focus will be on packaging, pooling systems, labelling technologies, and software solutions for the circular economy.<\/p>\n<h2>PPWR changes packaging logistics requirements<\/h2>\n<p>The PPWR is considered a key driver for the expansion of reusable and refillable systems in Europe. In the future, companies will have to provide stronger evidence of how packaging can be managed in a circular economy and reused multiple times.<\/p>\n<p>According to the organisers, the event in Berlin is aimed at specialists and managers from packaging, supply chain management, logistics, and CSR.
