Kuka has therefore expanded its Education portfolio to support educational institutions in integrating hands-on robotics training. This includes modular robotic training cells, AI-powered applications, and practice-oriented training.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A central element of Kuka's expanded offering is the modular robot learning cells, such as the iiQKA Education Cell. The systems have been specifically developed for the educational sector and are intended to enable schools and universities to design lessons in a practical, hands-on way. The learning cells are designed to teach industrial automation in an understandable and application-oriented manner. The iiQKA Education Cell lite can be used to demonstrate typical robotics tasks such as driving paths or picking and placing objects. With its compact design, an integrated gripper, and the Kuka smartPlug handheld control unit, the iiQKA Education Cell lite Cobot offers versatile opportunities to learn the special features of a cobot in the classroom. This allows training cells to be virtually planned, tested and optimised before practical use.
