Widmann Maschinen GmbH & Co. KG, based in Schlierbach, is presenting its brand new LF100 filling machine for the first time at this year's interpack.<\/p>\n
A newly designed High-performance filling nozzle<\/strong> used, which also does not drip<\/strong>. Product residue on the packaging is now a thing of the past. The new filler is a logical addition to the existing product range. Pouch production (with the PM series), the spout insertion system (SI 100 U) and the filler (LF 100) come from a single source and can be customised to the needs of each customer.<\/p>\n As usual, the Swabian machine manufacturer focusses on speed and quality. The SI 100 U and the LF 100 are available in two versions, either individually or in combination. One is for Non-food products<\/strong> such as cleaning agents or cosmetic products, which are predestined to attract others to the Food bottling<\/strong> such as baby food or fruit pur\u00e9e. Of course, both bottlers are CIP-capable<\/strong> (clean in place). This means that external cleaning systems can easily be connected to prevent the formation of germs. Pouch sizes from 75 ml to 1,000 ml are quickly provided with spouts and then filled in double use and, if required, lined up on rails. The non-food version can process pouches with a capacity of up to 3,000 ml. 100 pouches per minute with a filling volume of up to 400 ml with only two filling stations and an extremely small footprint - that is an absolute top value. The filler also scores highly with its compact design. At just six metres in length, the spout insertion and filling combination offers concentrated production capacity in the smallest of spaces. The LF 100 completes the high-speed process and fills the product safely and quickly into the desired pouch packaging.<\/p>Speed and quality<\/strong><\/h2>\n
