Hugo Beck, founder and senior partner of Hugo Beck Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG from Dettingen\/Ems, passed away in May 2018. He was 91 years old.<\/p>\n

In 1955 Hugo Beck<\/strong> founded his company and has since developed it into a globally active medium-sized enterprise. Today, the company describes itself as a leading manufacturer of horizontal Flowpack, film packaging and print finishing machines<\/strong> in the performance range of 3,000 to 18,000 cycles per hour.<\/p>\n

Since the 1960s, Hugo Beck has focussed on Customised special machines<\/strong>. Soon afterwards, the manufacturer specialised in horizontal film packaging systems. In 1976 the first fully automatic horizontal flow-wrapping machine<\/strong> was launched on the market.<\/p>

In 1992, Hugo Beck left the company as Managing Director and continued to accompany it for many years as Managing Director. Chairman of the Advisory Board<\/strong>.
