According to the company, 36 flow-wrapping units have already been sold since the market launch in 2016. The aim is to sell 100 machines per year by 2021.

The new variant of the Flowmodule is suitable for the integration of Primary and secondary packaging processes in the food industry. Flowmodul is fully integrated into a TLM picker line integrated. It packs naked products such as snacks or confectionery in trays. Schubert cites the low space requirement, small batch sizes, short product lifecycles and a high degree of customisation as advantages. System efficiency of 99 per cent.

The standard system component is equipped with a fully automatic Driver change with interchangeable cassettes for other formats and offers a Format changeover within one to ten minutes.
