The \u201eFast Fashion Container\u201c is the result of a collaboration between the Kevelaer-based company and the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. The container is also suitable as a mobile wardrobe and for relocation logistics.<\/p>\n<p>From the warehouse directly onto the sales floor: <strong>Walther folding systems<\/strong> has developed the \u201e<strong>Fast fashion container<\/strong>\u201c has launched an innovative solution for fast-moving store logistics in the fashion industry. In the rollable and lockable containers with external dimensions of 800 x 600 x 1730 millimetres, clothing remains protected from rain and environmental influences, but also from the eyes of unauthorised persons. It was a particular challenge for the students to find the ideal combination of plastic components and to determine the manufacturing process. \u201eWalther Faltsysteme showed great interest in us students and our work. (Image: Walther Faltsysteme)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Based on the students' designs, the specialist for foldable reusable transport packaging developed the <strong>Prototype<\/strong> and made the product marketable. \u201eThis was our first product development with the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences,\u201c says Oliver van Neerven. \u201eThe students\u201c methodically developed business plan, which analyses the product from different angles, added particular value for us. The container is also optionally available in a basic size of 1200 x 800 millimetres. The plastic transport containers consist of a pallet with castors, the \u201e<strong>Folding ring<\/strong>\u201c, collapsible container walls and a lid. They are equipped as standard with a <strong>Clothes rail for hanging garments<\/strong>. Thanks to the lockable door, there is no need to repack the garments. (Image: Walther Faltsysteme)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Smooth-running, low-noise castors facilitate handling and fast transport without additional loading aids. As there are four swivel castors, the container can also be moved safely in narrow sales areas. The folding ring can be customised in the corporate design and thus becomes an advertising space. In addition, the solution is also suitable for <strong>Transport of clothing<\/strong> in the <strong>Removal logistics<\/strong> or can be used as a mobile cloakroom at events.<\/p>\n<p>For the return transport of the container, the pallets and lids can be alternately stacked on top of each other. The castors and clothes rails do not need to be removed for this. The rings can be folded together and stored one behind the other in an assembled fast fashion container.
