The paper manufacturer UPM is now also represented on the market for lightweight printing paper with a completely new product. The new UPM EcoLite paper has been specially developed to meet the various requirements of customers who print leaflets for medicines or manuals and instructions.<\/p>\n

With the new paper, UPM's customers should be able to make significant cost savings compared to a conventional paper solution.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe product is the result of intensive development work at our paper mill in Kaipola. The name UPM EcoLite alone makes it clear that the paper is not just a environmentally friendly<\/strong> solution, but it also offers our customers a cost-effective<\/strong> option. And without compromising on the reading experience or the folding properties of the end product,\u201c says Joonas J\u00e4rvinen, New Business Development Manager at UPM Paper ENA.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

UPM EcoLite is available in basis weights of 29, 32, 34 and 38 g\/m\u00b2. A paper that is lighter is automatically more environmentally friendly, as fewer raw materials, less water and less energy are required in production and transport.<\/p>
