KG at FachPack 2018, with the new HSM V-Press 860 plus B (photo) in particular attracting a lot of attention. The HSM ProfiPack P425 packaging padding machine will also be presented as a further innovation.<\/p>\n<p>The new vertical baling press produces marketable bales. <strong>Bales made from cardboard or film<\/strong>. Because the <strong>Filling opening with 1,500 millimetres<\/strong> <strong>extra wide<\/strong> the bales do not need to be compressed before marketing. The bales with the maximum <strong>Dimensions 1,200 x 780 x 1,500 millimetres<\/strong> reach a material-dependent weight of up to 550 kilograms and are held together by four-fold wire strapping.<\/p>\n<p>The pressing force of the vertical baler\u00a0<strong>HSM-V-Press 860 plus B<\/strong> is 594 kilonewtons. The HSM TCS torsion control system continuously monitors the inclination of the pressing plate in all directions. The system is designed as a stand-alone unit with castors and a parking brake and can also be used universally thanks to the 230-volt connection.<\/p>\n<p>Time-consuming cutting of the cardboard boxes is no longer necessary because the machine <strong>Cutting and upholstery in a single operation<\/strong> automatically.
