The vertical baling presses from the \u201eHSM V-Press\u201c series will take centre stage at the stand of HSM GmbH & Co. KG at FachPack 2018, with the new HSM V-Press 860 plus B (photo) in particular attracting a lot of attention. The HSM ProfiPack P425 packaging padding machine will also be presented as a further innovation.<\/p>\n

The new vertical baling press produces marketable bales. Bales made from cardboard or film<\/strong>. Because the Filling opening with 1,500 millimetres<\/strong> extra wide<\/strong> the bales do not need to be compressed before marketing. The bales with the maximum Dimensions 1,200 x 780 x 1,500 millimetres<\/strong> reach a material-dependent weight of up to 550 kilograms and are held together by four-fold wire strapping.<\/p>\n

The pressing force of the vertical baler\u00a0HSM-V-Press 860 plus B<\/strong> is 594 kilonewtons. The HSM TCS torsion control system continuously monitors the inclination of the pressing plate in all directions. This prevents one-sided loads, optimises the pressing process and thus ensures a long service life and high process reliability.<\/p>

The new HSM ProfiPack P425 packaging padding machine<\/strong> cushions used cardboard packaging and turns it into universally usable packaging material. The system is designed as a stand-alone unit with castors and a parking brake and can also be used universally thanks to the 230-volt connection.<\/p>\n

Time-consuming cutting of the cardboard boxes is no longer necessary because the machine Cutting and upholstery in a single operation<\/strong> automatically. The printed measuring scale makes it easy and convenient to set the infinitely adjustable input width.<\/p>\n
