Deckert GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>The high performance, the <strong>Gentle product handling<\/strong> and the <strong>Versatility<\/strong> of this inspection machine. For example, transparent soft and hard gelatine capsules can also be inspected for dimensional accuracy and defects.<\/p>\n<p>The tablets or capsules are inspected precisely and automatically in five to 20 lanes in parallel for under-mixing, chipping, discolouration, cracks, stains, spots and incorrect dimensions. Despite the high output, the products are conveyed at a relatively low speed to below the inspection cameras, where the tablets or capsules are conveyed slowly, but <strong>Turned at least twice<\/strong> are recorded. Each product is photographed eight to 16 times in high resolution (depending on its size) and checked for defects. The cameras are located far away and are sealed off behind an easy-to-clean glass wall.<\/p>\n<h2>Extension of the inspection service<\/h2>\n<p>The high-resolution multi-camera system can be expanded to include additional inspection methods. <strong>modularly expanded<\/strong> for example, through multispectral scanning (for special coating and surface defects), 3D inspection (for the detection of embossing and otherwise inconspicuous dents or spots), NIR (near-infrared spectroscopy) for the detection of sub-mixing in tablets of the same colour, size and shape, as well as the inspection of the printing on tablets or capsules.<\/p><div id=\"packa-682734417\" class=\"packa-inhalt packa-entity-placement\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2686439340972671\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;text-align:center\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2686439340972671\" data-ad-slot=\"6171251825\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><!--\/noptimize--><\/div>\n<p>The simple machine structure of the product conveyor requires only a few format parts. A changeover is largely dependent on the <strong>Size classes of the products<\/strong> together and is <strong>Not product-specific<\/strong>. The parts that come into contact with the product can be removed without tools, allowing simple and time-saving handling for cleaning or washing when changing batches or products. Material certificates can be provided for parts that come into contact with the product. In the case of dusty products, the relevant areas can be supplied with an extraction system and ionising air.<\/p>\n<p>The machine is available as <strong>stand-alone version<\/strong> available.
