It compacts large quantities of PET bottles and beverage cans quickly and fully automatically to up to a thirtieth of the original volume by means of continuous feeding. The drive with a pressing force of 477 kN is powered by a highly efficient and low-maintenance PowerPack. Strapping of the briquettes is not necessary. Thanks to the multi-stage compaction, the maintenance-friendly machine spits out briquettes with a density of up to 400 kg/m³ for PET and up to 760 kg/m³ for aluminium cans. The Robust construction made of wear-resistant steel is Easy to maintain, as the third compression stage, the main compression stage and therefore the most wear-intensive part, can be completely replaced.

HSM PET FluidEx 600

The HSM PET FluidEx 600 Empties quickly and reliably full PET bottles, cans and Tetrapaks that have been incorrectly filled or labelled, for example, or whose minimum shelf life has been exceeded. The liquid is cleaned of small plastic splinters and labels using a filter system and discharged in a targeted manner. Up to 10,000 one-litre bottles can be processed per hour. This High performance, but also the small space requirement and the possibility of direct integration into Existing recycling processes are the decisive advantages.

HSM at the drinktec 2017: Hall B4, Stand 119

HSM GmbH + Co KG, based in Frickingen in southern Germany, is presenting its „Made in Germany“ product solutions at drinktec 2017.
[7,22
65,86,32
0":"post-1712","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-messen-und-veranstaltungen","8":"category-packmittel-und-packstoffe","9":"tag-abfalltechnik-und-recycling","10":"tag-drinktec","11":"tag-packmittel-und-packstoffe","12":"cs-entry","13":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
