On an all-electric Engel e-cap 2440\/380, 26 mm caps including tamper-evident band made of HDPE are produced under real production conditions with a cycle time of less than 2 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for the increase in performance are the <strong>optimised movement profiles<\/strong>. The Engel e-cap 380 with a clamping force of 3800 kN achieves a drying time of just 1.4 seconds. In terms of peripherals, the exhibit includes a dry air system from Blue Air Systems (Kundl, Austria) and a camera inspection system from IMDvista (Br\u00fcgg, Switzerland). As a system solution provider, Engel supplies fully integrated and automated production cells worldwide from a single source.
