On 7 September 2018, the two companies agreed that Budelpack would acquire all shares in the co-packer. Interpak is based in Tholen in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>The location <strong>Tholen<\/strong> will be retained for the time being, announces <strong>Budelpack<\/strong> with. Peter Knipscheer, former major shareholder and managing director of <strong>Interpak<\/strong>, will work as Site Manager in Tholen in future. Stefan van Olphen, former minority shareholder, will continue to be responsible for relations with business customers as Account Manager.<\/p>\n<p>According to their own statements, the merged companies now have <strong>42 own packaging lines<\/strong> at the Poortvliet and Tholen sites. There are also 44 separate <strong>High-care production rooms<\/strong> available.
