Dr J\u00fcrgen Dillmann has been Managing Director of Bielefeld-based quality assurance specialist BST eltromat International GmbH since 1 June 2018. The doctor of mechanical engineering replaces Dr Johann-Carsten Kipp, who retired at the end of August. The 57-year-old is responsible for the Technology division in the management team, which also includes Kristian J\u00fcnke for Sales.<\/p>\n

The new Technical Managing Director<\/strong> would like to contribute to this, BST eltromat<\/strong> to prepare for the demands of the digital age: \u201eWe will align and strengthen the global organisation of BST eltromat to support our globally active partners. They expect us to provide further innovations, support and advice on optimising their own processes so that they in turn remain competitive in their own markets,\u201c he is quoted as saying in a company press release. The product portfolio is also to be further developed accordingly.<\/p>\n

Extensive experience in quality assurance<\/h2>\n

Until joining BST eltromat, Dr J\u00fcrgen Dillmann was a member of the management of Endress + Hauser<\/strong> in Maulburg. For the manufacturer of Measuring devices for the process industry<\/strong> he was responsible for global business activities. Prior to this, he gained extensive practical expertise in several companies in the capital goods industry in various design, development and production roles.<\/p>

BST eltromat offers Solutions for web guiding<\/strong>, web inspection, 100 per cent inspection, surface inspection, colour measurement, colour management, register control, automation as well as layer thickness and basis weight measurement. Customers come from the printing, paper, film, rubber and tyre industries. The company employs 360 people at its German headquarters in Bielefeld and Leopoldsh\u00f6he.
