With the LiquiDrainer®, a dehydrator, full containers are emptied and devalued. To do this, the material of the beverage containers is perforated (not shredded) so that the liquid can run out. The rotor therefore has no wear and tear. The residual liquids run through a coarse filter box and can then be sold on to biogas plants, for example. Thanks to the separation of liquid and solid components, no particles enter the waste water.

The material is then compacted using baling or briquetting presses. Fully automatic compaction of the beverage containers into highly compacted briquettes and bales saves space and costs. The recyclable materials can be marketed at high prices.

Example from practice

The Hansa-Heemann AG is a manufacturer of non-alcoholic soft drinks with production sites in Trappenkamp, Lehnin, Löhne and Bruchsal.
