To match this, the previous jar mould has been replaced and given a new design.<\/p>\n<p>On the outside, Schwartau Extra's previous glass mould has been given a modern, minimalist look and boasts a harmonious shape with sophisticated details. (Image: Schwartau)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sebastian Schaeffer, Managing Director of Schwartauer Werke, explains: \u201eThe familiar X-glass - the trademark of Schwartau Extra since 1969 - is giving way to a modern design: the new, <strong>Organic glass mould<\/strong> is reminiscent of preserving jars, which <strong>fine leaf embossing<\/strong> on the lower edge of the glass ensures <strong>higher<\/strong> <strong>Value<\/strong>t and<strong> Pleasant feel<\/strong>. The <strong>New reduced list of ingredients<\/strong> with the four components fruit, household sugar, lemon juice concentrate and pectin from fruit should, according to the company, leave plenty of room for the essentials: the flavour.<\/p>\n<p>Step by step, glucose and citric acid will also be replaced in all other Schwartau fruit spread recipes.
