The system supplier for packaging and labelling manufacturers has been delivering the system for corrugated board processing since 2006. The \u201eanniversary piece\u201c was sold to Avance Cart\u00f3n, a Spanish manufacturer of corrugated cardboard sheets as well as folding boxes and packaging made of corrugated cardboard.<\/p>\n<p>High production speeds, fewer stops and shorter set-up times are the main product advantages of the <strong>Mastercut flatbed die cutter<\/strong>, lifts <strong>Bobst<\/strong> emerged. Since its market launch, it has undergone continuous further development. It is available in two working widths of 1.7 and 2.1 metres. The larger working width enables higher productivity because more blanks can be processed per sheet.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bobst, one of several unique functions is the <strong>Power register system<\/strong>. It precisely aligns each individual sheet before die-cutting and thus ensures a perfect print-punch register. The packaging manufacturer belongs to Grupo Petit. It operates several production facilities that manufacture paper, corrugated cardboard, packaging and displays from corrugated cardboard. Bobst has installed several <strong>Masterline<\/strong>-processing lines were installed to produce all types of corrugated cardboard folding boxes. In addition to the Mastercut flatbed die-cutter, the production line also includes a feeder, <strong>Masterflex<\/strong>-HD printing units, a depanelling unit with automatic layer arrangement and a palletiser.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Petit, the parent company of Avance Cart\u00f3n, has already purchased a total of seven Mastercut systems as well as many other Bobst systems. \u201eOver the years, we have acquired many complete Masterline processing lines.
