The mobile collaborative picking robot from US start-up „6 River Systems“ is now also available in Europe. Interested parties can put it through its paces at LogiMAT 2019.

The Logistics cobot is, according to the manufacturer, the only system in the world that guides pickers through their tasks. „With our collaborative robot we offer companies a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional warehouse automation, which often costs several million euros,“ says Fergal Glynn, Vice President of Marketing at 6 River Systems, citing one of the product benefits.

Chuck's task is to guide employees through their orders within the picking zones. Artificial intelligence identifies ideal picking routes and prioritises the orders. This reduces the number of steps between the picks on the shelf. Chuck is the largest, configurable Picking robots on the market.
