The Scandinavian manufacturer of laminating and gluing machines and the German supplier of industrial adhesive application and quality assurance systems have agreed that Baumer hhs will become the preferred supplier of hot melt and cold glue application systems for two Lamina machine types.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement relates to the <strong>Folding and gluing machines<\/strong> of the Folder Gluer family and the <strong>Glueline<\/strong>-gluing and folding machines. The compact <strong>Folder gluer machines<\/strong> have a running speed of up to 75 metres per minute. They are supplied as standard with <strong>Hot melt systems<\/strong> equipped. Now optionally also <strong>Cold glue systems<\/strong> possible. The Glueline systems are also equipped with hot melt or cold glue systems, or even both. They achieve production speeds of up to 1,000 sheets per hour.<\/p>\n<h2>Respond flexibly to new customer requirements<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe have come to appreciate Baumer hhs as a supplier of high-quality adhesive application systems that is very flexible, committed and quick to respond to individual customer requests.\u201c<br \/>\n<strong>Peter Hjalmarson<\/strong>, Managing Director of Lamina<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>One reason for the decision by <strong>Lamina<\/strong> in favour of <strong>Baumer hhs<\/strong> was that the Krefeld-based company is represented in the region by Baumer hhs Scandinaviska. Lamina machines could, for example, be integrated into the IT infrastructure and the <strong>ERP systems<\/strong> of the customer companies. In addition, against the backdrop of the growing demand for zero-defect production at the customer's request, Lamina will also be <strong>Quality assurance systems<\/strong> from Baumer hhs into its machines.<\/p>\n<p>For new projects, the experts at Baumer hhs work directly with Lamina's local agents and sales partners to jointly develop solutions for customers. This applies, for example, to <strong>GK Trade<\/strong> in Lithuania. This specialised dealership sells new machines from Lamina and refurbishes used machines from this manufacturer all over the world as part of <strong>Retrofits<\/strong> to the systems from Baumer hhs.
