With the new water-based and solvent-free product line \u201eHydrolux Paper-Finish\u201c, Gr\u00f6nenbacher Lackfabrik presents water and grease-repellent coatings that can even be used in the food industry.<\/p>\n

All products from the Paper finish range<\/strong> are quick-drying and are said to be characterised by an excellent finish. They can be applied by both rolling and spraying. To UV coatings<\/strong> They therefore represent an energy-saving and low-emission alternative - with the same Water and grease repellent properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Anti-slip finish and electrically dissipative hydro-clear lacquer<\/h2>\n

The product line currently comprises seven different High-end coatings<\/strong>. These include an anti-slip paper finish and an electrically dissipative hydro-clear lacquer.<\/p>

Good values for water repellency and grease barrier effect<\/h2>\n

The Allg\u00e4u-based company particularly emphasises what it considers to be the very good COBB values<\/strong> which characterise the highly water-repellent effect of the paper finish. Even when applied in a single layer, the corresponding product Cobb-1800 achieves values in accordance with ISO 535:1991 of 70 grams per square metre with a layer thickness of two micrometres. In the two-layer application, the Water absorption<\/strong> according to Cobb-1800 to approx. 40 grams per square metre. In combination with a Barierre-BaseCoat<\/strong> as a primer, even values of ten grams per square metre can be achieved.<\/p>\n
