The modular platform with its printing, inspection, tamper-evident labelling, weighing and top labelling components is ideally suited to meeting current and future serialisation requirements.<\/p>\n<h2>Highlights of the USP<\/h2>\n<p>Existing lines, whether from Uhlmann or other providers, can be <strong>without long downtimes<\/strong> be made fit for serialisation. Thanks to its modular design, it is <strong>Expandable at any time<\/strong>. It enables quick, easy and fully automatic format adjustment. The GMP-compliant machine design stands for easy maintenance and cleaning. The Domino BK652 ink used dries in less than half a second and is therefore ideal for implementing serialisation requirements. It also offers high contrast and lightfastness - factors that are essential for authenticating packaging at the point of issue.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>G3<\/strong>20i-Thermo-Inkjet OEM board is integrated in the Audit Trail\/21CFR Part 11 of the Uhlmann Serialisation Platform, and the complete user administration is implemented using the Uhlmann software. Operation of the <strong>G3<\/strong>20i thermal inkjet printing system is carried out via the HMI of the USP module.<\/p>\n<p>Specially customised software also provides a dynamic and flexible layout design. This enables different code structures and a flexible arrangement of text fields with just one layout.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>G3<\/strong>20i printing system is able to print all global standard characters directly in the <strong>Arial Unicode font<\/strong> for example, Korean characters (LOT Korean\uc81c\uc870\ubc88\ud638).
