Indus Holding AG from Bergisch Gladbach is acquiring a majority stake in the Kirchberg-based detection specialist. The investor Indus specialises in succession planning for medium-sized companies and long-term, sustainable corporate development. Operational management will remain in place for the next few years. As a subsidiary of Mesutronic Ger\u00e4tebau GmbH, Mesutronic France SAS will also become part of Indus AG.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In over 25 years of company history, Mesutronic Ger\u00e4tebau GmbH has experienced many stages of growth. The operative business began in 1993 with 5 employees. Today the company employs over 210 employees<\/strong> and sells systems in over 50 countries<\/strong> in the world; more than 40,000 units to date.<\/p>\n

In order to secure this development for the future, the company owners, most of whom are still employed in the management of the company, decided to make long-term arrangements for the succession of ownership at an early stage.<\/p>
