KG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The new logistics centre replaces three external warehouses in Bergkamen, Hamm and the Netherlands. Bundling logistics into one large centre <strong>Reduces travel costs, CO2 emissions and lorry traffic<\/strong>, by saving up to 25 lorry trips per day. In addition, it will now be possible to better utilise the lorries.<\/p>\n<h2>Customers benefit from higher delivery and product quality<\/h2>\n<p>To ensure efficient truck loading and smooth customer service, the logistics centre is designed as a <strong>Block storage<\/strong> have been built. The equipment with RFID technology also optimises the processes in internal logistics.<\/p>\n<p>The goods can be located more quickly thanks to storage location-specific warehouse management; posting in and out runs automatically via the connection to the SAP system.
