The event will be hosted by the EHI Retail Institute on 4 and 5 September at the GS1 Germany Knowledge Center in Cologne.<\/p>\n<p>At the conference <strong>Current and future fields of application<\/strong> of automation with a focus on robotics in retail logistics. In a presentation, Winnie Ahrens, Senior Sales Manager at Dematic, will provide detailed insights into this topic.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eArtificial intelligence and robotics offer future-oriented automation potential for retail logistics and e-commerce in particular. The topic will then be continued by Roger Campbell, Head of Automation &amp; Intralogistics Service at KION sister company Linde Material Handling.<\/p>\n<p>On the second day of the event, Ahrens will take part in a panel discussion with inventors, scientists and users, in which the <strong>Practical implementation of automation in retail<\/strong> is the focus of the programme.
