Mr Traumann and Mr Spix will manage the company together in future. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hans-Joachim Boekstegers joined the company as Managing Director on 1 April 2001. <strong>MULTIVAC Group of Companies<\/strong> and since then has been instrumental in driving forward the successful development of the company. Boekstegers is responsible in particular for the consistent expansion of MULTIVAC's product portfolio as well as its sales and service network.<\/p>\n<p>Today, with 85 subsidiaries, MULTIVAC is one of the world's leading<strong> leading manufacturers of processing and packaging solutions<\/strong>. Traumann will take over responsibility for Sales and Finance, while Spix will be responsible for Technology and Production.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Traumann had already been working as Commercial Director in the MULTIVAC Group since the beginning of 2002, and in August 2008 he was appointed Managing Director and CFO of the Group. Guido Spix joined the company as Managing Director in March 2009 and has since held the position of CTO\/COO.<\/p><div id=\"packa-3354101226\" class=\"packa-inhalt\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2686439340972671\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;text-align:center\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2686439340972671\" data-ad-slot=\"6171251825\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><!--\/noptimize--><\/div>\n<p>In order to ensure continuity in the strategic direction of MULTIVAC, the course is already being set for the handover to Boekstegers' successors after an extended planning phase.
