Filling<\/h2>\n

Bulk materials such as cement or building materials and other industrial powdery goods fill the Filling machine BEUMER fillpac R<\/strong> Efficient and gentle<\/strong> in sacks. These can be materials with a very fine to very coarse structure. Different bag formats and types are possible, such as valve bottom and valve flat bags.<\/p>\n

In the chemical and petrochemical industry, the highly efficient BEUMER fillpac FFS mould-fill-seal system<\/strong>\u00a0for use. It moulds bags from prefabricated PE tubular films<\/strong>, fills it with the customer product and welded<\/strong> the bags afterwards.<\/p>

The Beckum-based company offers this system for both the high-performance range for up to 2,600 bags per hour<\/strong> as well as for lower throughputs of up to 1,800 or 2,500 bags per hour.<\/p>\n

Palletising<\/h2>\n

The BEUMER paletpac high-performance palletiser<\/strong> stacks even sensitive and high-quality products and those with special flow behaviour gently and efficiently. Depending on the product requirements, it is Clamp or double belt turning device<\/strong> equipped.<\/p>\n

For palletising cartons, boxes, canisters or trays, the supplier supplies the space-saving Articulated arm robot BEUMER robotpac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The centrepiece of the packaging lines is the high-performance packaging system BEUMER stretch hood<\/strong>. This covers chaotically palletised goods units with various products with a highly stretchable stretch bonnet<\/strong>, but also filled and palletised bags, detergent cartons, paint buckets or barrels stacked on pallets.<\/p>\n
