The scope of the <strong>Transaction comprises four brands<\/strong>JPG, Mondoffice, Kalamazoo - market leader in the distribution of office supplies and furniture, and Bernard - market leader in hygiene products for companies.<\/p>\n<p>This intended acquisition is part of the RAJA Group's strategy to <strong>Increase in sales<\/strong>, to expand the customer base and diversify the product range.
