On show will be the BVC 260 Flexible continuous flow-wrapping machine, which recently won an award from US brand manufacturer Hershey.<\/p>\n<p>This machine series offers maximum <strong>Flexibility in bag design<\/strong> for bag widths of up to 400 millimetres and is suitable for the production of Doypack-like bags. <strong>RoPack bag with longitudinal zip<\/strong> suitable. With up to <strong>250 bags per minute per lane<\/strong> faulty bags are ejected and fed downwards out of the flow-wrapping machine. Product scanning is completely independent for both lanes. If product is ejected from lane one, lane two can continue production without any restrictions.<\/p>\n<p>One <strong>Fully automatic web edge control for both webs<\/strong> enables a reproducible format change. Separate drive controls for the film webs guarantee <strong>Exact bag lengths<\/strong>. The packaging material is fed via a common film roll, which is divided into two film webs during the packaging process.
