With <strong>Very high labelling accuracy<\/strong> the labelling system applies front and back labels to the products.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Customised orbiter modules<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In order to achieve even more precise labelling, the Geset 314 was equipped with an orbiter module in addition to the base and headband. The front and back labels are then labelled with a <strong>100 per cent labelling accuracy<\/strong> applied.<\/p>\n<p>For each packaging format there is a <strong>Customised gripper set<\/strong> is available as a format part. To simplify product changeovers and reduce set-up times, specific labelling parameters can be saved in advance in the Geset 314's PLC.<\/p>\n<p>The respective parameters such as position, degree of inclination and distance between the label dispensers can be called up at the touch of a button and the system adjusts itself fully automatically to the new labelling situation with the help of numerous small actuators. After labelling, this control unit checks the presence and position of the labels. Packaging that has not been labelled correctly is ejected immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Sitting in the Geset 314 with Orbiter <strong>two Alpha HSM label dispensers<\/strong>, with which the products are labelled on the front and back. Thanks to a separate pre-rolling unit, label rolls with a maximum diameter of 500 millimetres can be processed. Depending on the product size, the series labelling system works at cycle rates of up to 120 products per minute.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Geset Series and special labelling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Geset series and special labelling division of Bluhm Systeme designs and manufactures <strong>Customised solutions<\/strong>, with which square, round and oval products can be labelled on the front and back, or cylindrical and conical products can be labelled completely or partially all around. The dispensing technology is used for pre-printed labels.<\/p>\n<p>If variable data is to be written onto the labels before the actual labelling process, other technologies - inkjet printing, laser or thermal transfer printing - can be combined with the systems.
