A particularly innovative, high-performance product from this range is the <strong>VACUflex(re) EX-T<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>These <strong>Flexible thermoforming sheet with high barrier <\/strong>is polyolefin-based and, in combination with FlexGuard(re), for example, offers a recyclable packaging solution. It was developed in successful co-operation between the system partners ROBA (patent holder), GEA and Schur Flexibles. The innovative tray concept combines <strong>Corrugated board and film<\/strong> into a haptically and visually consumer-friendly system packaging for fresh food. Compared to solid board, this <strong>Greater stability with less material used<\/strong> and is also easily recyclable.<\/p>\n<p>As a trade fair highlight, the Schur Flexibles Group is bringing the FoodTray machine to its stand and presenting <strong>live<\/strong>, how the innovative packaging is produced.<\/p>\n<p>The FoodTrays are available on the <strong>entire surface printable<\/strong>This is a particular advantage for food and environmental labelling or appealing serving suggestions. The corrugated board can be printed in up to six colours, and the top film in up to eleven colours including varnish finishing. Different printing technologies allow differentiated product descriptions even for small batch sizes.
