This is why Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH &amp; Co. KG signed a purchase agreement for SensoLogic GmbH, a technology-orientated software company based in Norderstedt near Hamburg.<\/p>\n<p>The team of specialists at SensoLogic develops, among other things <strong>Customised software solutions<\/strong> for analysers and for laboratory and process automation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eOver the past 70 years, Uhlmann has developed from a machine manufacturer into the world's leading system provider for the packaging of pharmaceuticals in blister packs, bottles and cartons. With the acquisition, we can expand our <strong>Supplement and expand digital competences<\/strong>. SensoLogic will continue to operate as an independent company under the existing management. However, a <strong>Close cooperation with the digital department at Uhlmann<\/strong> planned, from which both sides will benefit.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Norbert Gruber<\/strong>, Chairman of the Uhlmann Management Board<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As part of the takeover, all positions at the companies will be retained.
