After all, the eco-balance of plastic packaging can certainly compete with that of alternative materials.<\/p>\n<p>Packaging from <strong>Plastics will continue to be the first choice for a large number of products in the future<\/strong> and continue to play an important role in the packaging cycle. As a result, we are one of the first foam processing packaging companies to <strong>climate neutral<\/strong> acts.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Goal: Use of 100% recyclable materials<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>As early as the development and design stage of new packaging solutions, Wetropa focuses on the best possible <strong>low material usage, waste avoidance and comprehensive waste utilisation<\/strong>. The company collects unmixed waste that is produced during the processing of, for example <strong>100 per cent recyclable, non-crosslinked PE foams<\/strong> The material is processed so that it can then be fed back into the production process.<\/p>\n<p>Forward-looking and innovative packaging solutions have already been developed which, despite the use of different materials, lead to <strong>100 per cent recyclable and for a wide range of applications<\/strong> are suitable. The innovation will be presented for the first time at FachPack 2019, from 24 to 26 September in Nuremberg.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Support for climate protection projects<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Furthermore, in order to minimise the <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub>-footprint<\/strong>, climate protection projects are to be supported with the help of ClimatePartner. To this end, our CO<sub>2<\/sub>-emissions are calculated by ClimatePartner and verified in a certified process. <strong>Targeted climate protection strategies<\/strong> developed.<\/p>\n<p>Our supply chain was included in the calculation of emissions. Materials, their origin and their transport routes are included in the data analysis. Finally, Wetropa can choose from various projects that are absolutely <strong>Transparent and comprehensible<\/strong> are. With the help of the <strong>QR codes or the Climate ID tracking number<\/strong> on the packaging or the website, anyone interested can see which projects Wetropa supports in order to neutralise its emissions.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Wetropa: Specialist for foam processing<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The Wetropa Group has specialised in foam processing since 1970. Industry and trade benefit from the innovative and diverse packaging solutions.
