Folienprint RAKO GmbH, a company of the All4Labels Group, is expanding its expertise in the field of digital printing and is adding a new HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press machine to its existing fleet.<\/p>\n

The All4Labels Group has been using printing presses from the HP Indigo series for almost 20 years, and in 2015 Folienprint RAKO acquired its first HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press.<\/p>\n

Fast, flexible and affordable<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press has been specially developed for flexible packaging and features a Web width of up to 760 mm<\/strong> and a Print speed of up to 42 m\/min<\/strong>. It is capable of producing dozens of different orders per day.<\/p>\n

With zero set-up, minimal waste and simple versioning functions, packaging companies can profitably meet the changing demands of the market and gain a valuable competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

HP SmartStream Mosaic is an algorithm that automatically generates a large number of unique graphic patterns from a source pattern.<\/p>\n

To create print-ready PDFs, Folienprint uses HP PrintOS Composer, a cloud-based application based on centralised high-performance servers, to quickly create print files from variable data.<\/p>\n

PrintOS Composer creates compact PDF files for optimised fast processing on HP DFEs, making it significantly faster than traditional non-cloud tools. The ability to use PrintOS Composer without hardware installation, if required, simplified and accelerated production at Folienprint.<\/p>\n
