This works with <strong>SAMBA printheads from Fujifilm Dimatix<\/strong> and forms the innovative basis for the entire range of digital printing machines developed by Mouvent - BOBST's competence centre for digital printing. The<strong> Cluster printing units from Mouvent\u2122<\/strong> are super-compact, easily replaceable and easily accessible, allowing for simple maintenance. With a resolution of <strong>1,200 \u00d7 1,200 dpi<\/strong> it prints top quality at speeds of up to 100 m\/min. Full digital automation means that only one machine operator is needed to print short and medium runs of very high quality labels. Job changeovers including flexo and digital printing, die-cutting and stripping can be<strong> on-the-fly<\/strong> can be carried out without stopping the press. All analogue tools (impression cylinders, flexible die-cutting tools) are changed automatically. Waste stripping is also fully automated. It also features exclusive screen technology and a digital user interface.<\/p>\n<p>For the DigiFlexo printing units, the<strong> Ink-on-demand option<\/strong> (IoD) is now available. It is a revolutionary solution that replaces conventional colour containers with a single colour container. <strong>Rubber pipe<\/strong> which feeds 30 grams of ink into the printing units. The system works <strong>Without colour trays and chambered doctor blade<\/strong>.
