Uhlmann has now succeeded in reducing waste by up to 99 per cent when filling solids into bottles.<\/p>\n<p>The IBC 150 packaging line with individual tablet separation is capable of, <strong>Individual damaged tablets<\/strong> before filling into the bottle. For example, only three tablets are removed from the process instead of the previous three bottles.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>IBC 150<\/strong> The basic version consists of a bottle infeed, servo-controlled bottle transport and tablet counter, capping unit and bottle discharge. If the system identifies a damaged product, such as colour flaking or broken pieces, it is removed via one of the <strong>individually driven discharge pipes <\/strong>are discharged in a targeted and gentle manner. At the same time, the production speed remains high.<\/p>\n<p>The single tablet excretion is completely integrated, both <strong>physically into the machine and electronically into the machine control system<\/strong>, so that operation takes place via a central display. The discharge pipes can be fitted and removed without tools. The parameters are set via the machine control unit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eDepending on the filling quantity, we can use the single-tablet elimination <strong>Scrap by up to 99 per cent<\/strong> reduce. This is a huge advantage for all pharmaceutical companies that fill tablets into bottles.
