The new generation of steel strip machines from Kiefel GmbH in Freilassing, the Speedformer KMD 78.2 Speed, offers even more productivity and energy efficiency in addition to the usual quality.<\/p>\n

One Intuitive user guidance<\/strong> ensures simple operation and facilitates maintenance. The heating system is ready for use at short notice and also offers a 20 per cent higher heat output with lower energy consumption<\/strong>. With the energy recovery system of the servo drives, this results in significantly lower energy consumption. In addition to common materials, the new KMD 78.2 Speed also processes Novel film materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A newly developed film table guides the film safely and gently to the transport system. With the optimised forming air vacuum system<\/strong> increases the quality of the moulded parts. At the same time, the ergonomic mould changing system significantly reduces set-up times. All in all, machine availability increases significantly. The simple and intuitive interaction between the operator and the KMD 78.2 Speed also contributes to this.<\/p>

Pictograms and graphics, some of which are animated, help you set the machine parameters. And, if necessary, also for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
